- Steps to Reproduce: For technical issues, include steps to reproduce the problem
What people usually write about
A result that looks wrong
This is the most useful kind of message. Send the exact inputs you entered, the value the calculator returned, and the value you expected along with where it came from. I will either fix the calculator or explain the discrepancy.
Bugs and display problems
Tell me what you were doing, what happened, and what browser and device you were on. A screenshot usually settles it in one round.
Questions about the method
Which equation a calculator uses, why the transition zone is treated as an estimate, which roughness value to pick for an aged pipe - all fair game.
Classroom use
Teachers and students are welcome to use the calculators and guides in coursework. You do not need permission, but do get in touch if you need something specific.
Response time
I usually reply within 2 to 3 business days. This is a one-person project, so a message that arrives during a busy week may take a little longer.
